Service includes unlimited toll free telephone and internet support, software upgrades, newsletters, and user group announcements.
Customers who have not purchased Annual Support or have expired their support plan may purchase technical support services on a per call basis. To upgrade to current versions when not on support there is a 15 % charge of total software per each version.
