Sustain began early development in January of 2004 and released December of 2007. Much of Sustain's design came from feedback and needs of end users, and not the design of technicians. Together the management team of Richard Lanphear and Mark Costa has over 40 years of experience in application development of Fundraising Software and selling in the Non-Profit marketplace.
Richard Lanphear has both partnered and worked directly with a number of competitive software company's from 1990 to 2008 in this vertical market.During this time he has added about 1,000 clients and generated over 5K prospects.
Mark Costa who has the programming and design skills has worked with similar organizations since 1985 creating custom financial applications for both corporate and Non-Profit businesses.
Additionally Sustain has contracted a number of Fundraising Consultants in different areas throughout the country to sell, support and offer their expertise to the design of Sustain.
